My Scrap Corner Revealed!

My scrap corner is located at the stair landing on the 2nd floor of our Kawit, Cavite residence. We intended this space to be our second living room but who needs two living rooms? Needless to say, I've taken over and this is now officially my space.

There used to be 3 tables here - 2 monobloc tables and one made of scraps of wood. I ditched the monoblocs a few months ago but I kept the one made of scrap wood (that's where my magazines are stored). I also had one made of hard wood from old houses. This is my official scrap table. The legs are made of 6-inch square hard wood and the table top is about 4 inches thick. I like the old wood feel, plus it's heavy and sturdy so I can cut and pound away on this table.

Recently, I bought some wire mesh and hooks from Ace Hardware and installed them on the wall above my table. I was able to clean up some space from under the table and my supplies are now within easy reach when I'm scrapping.

Oh well, just see it for yourself. Here is my scrap corner!!!

Thanks to Marj for the wonderful RAK!!! Pick me! Pick me!
